General Information

Thank you for your interest in dream INK. The following guidelines are set up to ensure the quality and timeliness of your order. Please call 1.630.667.7017 for questions, services or products you do not see on the web.

Electronic artwork can be emailed to sales@dream2ink.com along with your PO number as the subject. We require vector-based art (.ai, .eps, .pdf) These files must not include any rasterized images such as tif, bmp or jpeg and all fonts used in the files must either be converted to outline or embedded. We use ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR version 8, 9, 10 and CS, COREL DRAW version 8, 9, 10, 11 12, & 13. Touch-up and recreation of low-res art will incur an additional service charge.

Paper hardcopy of artwork is still acceptable. Images from photocopy, business card, letterhead, tax transmission, web page down load and low-resolution scan-ins are not usable. Any required typesetting will be billed at $20/half hour. Multi-color spot color printing art must be in black/white and separated with the correct trapping. Composite image will only be used for registration purpose. E-mail art must have company name, contact name, phone number and purchase order number in the email message. When faxing in order, please include a copy of art with PO.

We assume no responsibility for determining who holds the title of the trademark. All liabilities of this risk rest with the customer.

Production time varies dependent upon promotional product chosen. Rush service available, call for a quote or special requirements.

Every effort will be made to ship exact quantity. We reserve the right to ship within 5% over or under specified quantity.

All items in our line are warranted for three months from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

All web orders are pre-paid to receive special pricing. We accept Visa & Mastercard. 1.5% interest per month will be charged to accounts over 30 days past due. Accounts past due will delay production until the account is current. Net 30 days with approved credit after first order.

Any quality issue regarding merchandise or imprint must be claimed within 3 business days after receipt of order. We will repair, replace or credit any defective merchandise/imprinted items deemed to be manufacturers error. Return authorization is required. All approved return items must be in original form and package. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and faxed to 1.630.682.4809. Factory will invoice for parts and labor used up to the cancellation date, no cancellations on custom imprinted or already shipped merchandise.

All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuating energy, raw material costs and currency exchange rates. Please see our website www.dream2ink.com to confirm current pricing as well as any special offers prior to placing your order. dream INK reserves the right to withdraw any item and change pricing or services without notice. All catalog items with logos shown are for the sole purpose of displaying our imprint positions/capabilities and not intended to represent endorsement by the individual companies.

Custom imprinted merchandise is non-returnable unless manufacturer's defect is found and a claim is made within 72 hours. Any authorized returns must be accompanied by Return Authorization number and sent back in its original packaging to dream INK. A re-stocking fee of 15% will apply for non-imprinted merchandise.

Merchandise will be shipped UPS or specified. Orders shipped F.O.B. factory, IL. Drop shipment: For each shipment after the first, add $5 (V) for each ship-to location. Foreign shipment: $25 for handling export documentation per location. Third party billing : $2 per carton for handling charge. USPS Shipment : $10 per shipment. Samples and non-imprinted items will usually ship within 48 hours.
